Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options for B2B customers:
ACS Courier – for fast and reliable nationwide delivery.
Raw & Tonic Private Fleet – available for selected routes and larger orders.
Shipping costs are included in wholesale pricing. There are no additional charges applied at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Certain products are subject to MOQ rules, particularly items that are packaged in predefined outer packs.
For example:
Gels are only sold in outer packs of 15 units.
Where applicable, these minimums will be clearly stated on the product page.

Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy:
- 14-day return policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed within a few days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
