1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our B2B platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To order from our B2B site, you must be a registered business with a valid business license or tax ID. We reserve the right to verify your business status before processing your order.

3. Order Placement

Account Creation: Orders can only be placed through an approved B2B account. You must register on our platform and be approved before accessing the full product catalogue and pricing.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is not a guarantee of product availability.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): A minimum order value of €50 applies to all B2B orders.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified at checkout.

Net Payment Terms: For approved accounts, net 30 day terms may be available upon request. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Euros (€).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. All shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days within the EU. Times may vary for international orders. Delays due to customs, natural events, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all shipments are made on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs from our warehouse.

6. Cancellation & Changes

Order Changes: Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact customer service at [email address] for modifications.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom or bulk orders.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to orders canceled after processing has begun.

7. Returns & Refunds

Damaged Goods: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped products. A return authorization is required before returning any items.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

8. Product Availability & Substitutions

We strive to maintain stock levels for all products listed on our B2B site. However, availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to offer substitutes of equal or greater value if a product is out of stock.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the products and the content on our site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use any content from our site without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Confidentiality

All prices, terms, and product information provided on our B2B platform are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
